...This is a very enjoyable and rewarding role and I have relished every moment so far... telling people about teleconferencing sessions brings the universal response of "What a great idea!", especially when people know how well our volunteers are trained and how much expertise goes into making these sessions work well. It's possible to meet up, via teleconferencing, to discuss issues of current interest, sharing good practice and motivating each other.

As volunteers, we are in the lucky position of experiencing the effects that Talk and Support offers to people. It can only be as good as the people who are contributing to the service, so we all have reason to be positive...
