Sample from Book Review; Positive Thinking (Vera Peiffer)

Family Circle

Target readership: Women, aged 25 - 60

...This book shows you how to improve your life by taking responsibility for your own wellbeing instead of blaming everyone else for things that go wrong. It explains how to replace negativity with positive thoughts, and offers a range of possibilities for becoming a more successful person.

But I'd have liked to see more scientific references and detailed explanations on the sections about medical conditions...
